Our tenth European concert tour; 29th May to 1st June 2018, staying in the Hotel Roma in Lisbon.
Concerts were in Sao Vincente de Fora and Basilica dos Martires.

and West Barnes Singers and Wimbledon Youth Choir on 17th March, 2018

 

Our ninth European concert tour; 30th May 2012 to 3rd June, staying in the Ibis Nimes Ouest city Ibis Nimes Ouest Hotel. Concerts were in Eglise Notre Dame de la Ciotat and Eglise St Symphorien les Carmes, Avignon. We enjoyed trips to Aigues-Mortes and Pont du Gard.

Our eighth European concert tour; 29th May to 1st June 2014 with Concerts in Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula, Brussels
and Sint Jozef Kerk, Polderhaven, Bruges

 

Eltham Choral Society, their then conductor: Nicholas Jenkins (right), Accompanist: Chris Eastwood (left), together with Bob Chilcott (centre). The concert on 29th March, 2008 in which the world première of Bob's work, "Aesop's Fables", commissioned by Eltham Choral Society to mark their centenary year, was performed.

Our seventh European concert tour; 7th June 2012 to 10th June, staying in the 3* Hotel Scholz in the spa city of Koblenz set in picturesque country where the Rhein and Mosel rivers meet. Concerts were in Christuskirche, Andernach and Christuskirche, Koblenz. We enjoyed trips to Old town Koblenz, founded in Roman times and featuring quaint narrow streets and historic squares, a river boat trip past the legendry Lorelei Rock and the attractive town of Rüdisheim, home of the delightful mechanical musical instrument museum.
